Reference from the client, Willem Manneke, project manager:
As project manager, I worked with Cuneyt in a very pleasant and professional manner on a metro-related conversion project at RET.
The assignment was to replace/upgrade the tracks safety systems in all 125 RET metro vehicles. Cuneyt fulfilled the role of executive director with the responsibility of converting all metro vehicles, together with, the supplier and RET stakeholders.A complex assignment with, in addition to technical and logistical challenges, also a lot of attention to safety, testing and administrative handling to demonstrate the operational safety of the converted metros internally to RET and to external authorities. One of the most important success factors for the project was gaining support from all internal RET stakeholders. Cuneyt succeeded in this excellently by maintaining intensive contact with all stakeholders from the start of his work in a manner that was experienced as very pleasant and professional.
In my role as project manager, I have experienced that Cuneyt is a very dedicated professional, with whom we can work together in a pleasant and committed manner and who can bind many internal colleagues/stakeholders, without any sort of friction, to himself and to the project.
